RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Tyiiplus, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with shipping, our products, or are otherwise dissatisfied, please contact us via email. Our team will assist you promptly.

Please provide your complete and correct shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in your package being returned to us. In such cases, we regret that we must disregard your request to avoid unnecessary hassle for all parties involved.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@tyiiplus.de. For faster processing, please include your order number in your email. Thank you!

We accept cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped or produced. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed and shipped on the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Cancellations are only possible if requested before the order is shipped and within the 1-day cancellation period. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURNS

We accept returns if you notify us by email at info@tyiiplus.de.

Please contact us within 90 days of package delivery (according to tracking) to initiate a return.

For a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging.

The following information is required to process your return request:

1. Name and email address used for the order
2. Reason for the return

REFUNDS

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund. Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

1. The purchased product is completely non-functional.

2. You have not received your product within 90 business days of placing your order.

Please note:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

A refund is excluded if:

Your order was not delivered due to factors within your responsibility (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address, not being present for delivery, not picking up the package).

Your order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., rejection by customs, delays due to natural disasters, tracking shows "delivered" even though the package was lost after being placed in your mailbox).
